Can I pick a different paint colour or size?

Yes, we can arrange custom orders in several colours and sizes. Please share your requirements at hello@vacantspacesart.com. There is no price difference if you choose a different colour to the sizes available in our Shop. We can also send you a photo of the mixed paint before we apply it, if you would like to check the shade. Please note that paint can translate a little different in photos than in real life, so there might be a slight discrepancy in the exact colour you had in mind.

What are your frames made out of?

We use a 3.5cm PS frame, which is a plastic frame that looks and feels similar to a traditional wooden frame. These frames are painted by hand using the same colour paint that is used on the canvas, so the result is clean and tonal.

Can I pick a different frame?

We can arrange other framing, such as oak wood, on request to some countries. Please contact us to receive at hello@vacantspacesart.com to receive a quote.

I am ordering an unframed painting. How do I hang it?

If you select "unframed", your painting will need to be professionally stretched and framed before you can hang it. Your painting will arrive rolled up with a raw canvas border, which needs to be kept on for your framer to trim during their framing process.

Currently we ship to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, USA and Vietnam.

Can you speed up my order?

We don’t offer express shipping at this moment, but we can prioritise your painting’s production. Please let us know at hello@vacantspacesart.com and we’ll do our best to get your order shipped out to you as soon as possible.
