PRODUCTION TIMES

Thank you for your patience while we make every piece to order. Approximately, unframed paintings take 5 days to make, and our framed canvases take 8 days.

SHIPPING TIMES

We offer free shipping to many countries worldwide (you can find a full list of these countries on our FAQ page). Generally, paintings are delivered 8 to 20 days from the date it was shipped. In some instances, it might take a little bit longer. If you live in Hong Kong, your order will take 2-3 days.

DUTIES & TAXES

Keeping the cost down for our customers is important to us, which is why Vacant Spaces pays the duties and taxes on your order. Some countries might impose additional fees on some products arriving from overseas. In this very unlikely instance, kindly note that the customer/receiver will need to pay this.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Due to each piece being made to order, we do not offer returns if you change your mind. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email hello@vacantspacesart.com with your concerns. After assessment on an individual basis, a replacement or refund might be offered.
